Airport taxi service?

Yes, we call a taxi for you as needed and requested

Are requests guaranteed?

You may make requests at the time of booking. Please note, requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.  

Are there any additional fees that I should know about?

Yes, a cleaning fee will be applied to all bookings for stays starting from January 1, 2014 and will be assessed by the property at check-out. Fees are per stay, per condo unit, plus taxes.

Can I request an early check in or late check out?

You may request for early check in or late checkout, which will be subject to availability. Fees may apply.

Can I upgrade my room?

Yes, you can upgrade to a larger suite or room with a view. Call us at (800) 367-5004 and a customer representative will be delighted to assist you.

Do the rooms include internet access?

Yes, every room offers free high-speed Internet access via cable.

Do you have a pool and Jacuzzi

No, but we’re steps from the turquoise waters of Waikiki!

Do you have a resort fee, what is the fee, & what does it include?

We do not charge a resort fee. 

Do you have a restaurant, if not what are the closest restaurants and distance?

We do not have a restaurant on property, however we do have four eateries including Subway, a hot dog stand, The Steak Shack, and Krunchies.  All of these eateries provide take out and serve on disposable plates.  There are also several restaurants within walking distance.

Do you have air-conditioning?

Yes, all our condos have air conditioning.

Do you offer ADA rooms, how many and which room types?

Unfortunately we do not.

Do you offer babysitting service, if not, who do you refer guests to?

We do not offer babysitting services and advise guests to reference a search engine or the yellow pages.

Do you offer breakfast?

Currently, none of our properties offer meal packages, therefore, breakfast is not included.

Do you offer cribs?

Yes, most of our properties offer complimentary crib. You may request at the time of booking.

Do you offer high speed broadband internet?

Yes we offer FREE wired high speed broadband internet.

Do you offer laundry facilities?

All our condos feature a washer and a dryer. For a full list of room amenities click here.

Do you offer parking?

Yes we offer parking for $25 per day.

Do you offer smoking rooms?

All our rooms are non smoking in compliance with state law. 

Do you offer transportation?

Public transportations are available from the airport to the property, including car, shuttle, taxi and public transit. Our properties do not offer airport shuttles or transfers.  

Do you provide beach or pool towels?

Yes, we provide beach towels.

Do you provide housekeeping service?

We provide daily housekeeping services for your comfort.

How close are you to the beach?

We are the only beachfront condominium on Waikiki Beach. Please understand not all of our rooms are beachfront units. 

How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

How far are you from the airport?

How far away is the Hawaii Convention Centre?

We are only 1 mile from the Hawaii Convention Centre. For more information click here.

How many floors and elevators do you have?

We have 15 floors and two elevators to service them.

I didn’t receive a confirmation. How can I check if my reservation went through?

If you made an online reservation, you will be receiving an email confirmation. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you have not received anything. To reconfirm your reservation, you can call our customer representative at (800) 367-5004 or send us an email resinquiry@castleresorts.com.

Is breakfast included?

No, however there are a variety of options in our building and within a 1 block radius.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, as long as the cancellation does not fall within the cancel period.

What amenities do the rooms have?

Our studio rooms offer kitchenettes and all other room types offer full-kitchens.  Kitchens include a simple set of pots and pans, flatware, a rice cooker, toaster, blender, and coffee maker).  All rooms have a washer/dryer and hair dryer. Complimentary coffee and laundry detergent are placed in room upon arrival, additional supplies available for only $1.00 each. Each room is equipped with a DVD player. What are your front desk hours & after hours procedures?

Front Desk hours are from 6:00AM to 11:00PM. After office hours arrivals are handled on a case-by-case basis.

What bath amenities do you provide?

Complimentary bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, facial soap, and body soap.  

What bedding options are available?

Bedding selections are provided by request only and we do not guarantee the requested bedding type. We do, however, do the very best we can to accommodate your requests. Most additional bedrooms offer two twin beds that  placed together to form a king bed.

What is your cancellation policy

The cancel policy from 1/3 to 12/22 is 4 days prior to arrival. From 12/23 to 1/2 is 14 days prior to arrival.

What time is check-in? Check out?

Standard check in time is at 3pm HST and check out is by 12pm HST.

When was the property last renovated?

The lobby was renovated in 2005 and was recently upgraded with new furniture. Rooms are independently owned are therefore renovation varies by owner. We do have several newly renovated rooms in our inventory.

Will my credit card get charged?

A one or two-nights deposit will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation at the time of booking.
