Yes, every room offers free high-speed Internet access via cable.

We do not charge a resort fee.
Do you have a restaurant, if not what are the closest restaurants and distance?
We do not have a restaurant on
property, however we do have four eateries including Subway, a hot dog stand,
The Steak Shack, and Krunchies. All of these eateries provide take out
and serve on disposable plates. There are also several restaurants within
walking distance.
Do you have air-conditioning?

Yes, most of our properties offer complimentary crib. You may request at the time of booking.

Public transportations are available from the airport to the property, including car, shuttle, taxi and public transit. Our properties do not offer airport shuttles or transfers.

How close are you to the beach?
We are the only beachfront condominium on Waikiki Beach. Please understand not all of our rooms are beachfront units.

We have 15 floors and two elevators
to service them.
I didn’t receive a confirmation. How can I check if my reservation went through?
If you made an online reservation, you will be receiving an email confirmation. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you have not received anything. To reconfirm your reservation, you can call our customer representative at (800) 367-5004 or send us an email resinquiry@castleresorts.com.

What amenities do the rooms have?
Our studio rooms offer kitchenettes
and all other room types offer full-kitchens. Kitchens include a simple
set of pots and pans, flatware, a rice cooker, toaster, blender, and coffee
maker). All rooms have a washer/dryer and hair dryer. Complimentary
coffee and laundry detergent are placed in room upon arrival, additional
supplies available for only $1.00 each. Each room is equipped with a DVD
